By registering as a partner on the Vectron Global portal, you agree to the following terms.
1. Registration & Approval
- All details submitted at registration (company, GST, contact and address) must be true and complete.
- Your account becomes active only after verification and approval by Vectron Global.
- Vectron Global may reject a registration or deactivate a partner account at any time.
2. Products & Pricing
- Products you upload are listed on the website only after admin review and approval.
- You set your own price; Vectron Global sets the final selling price shown to customers.
- You are responsible for keeping product details, specifications and stock up to date.
3. Orders & Production
- Orders must be accepted, packed and dispatched on time, with correct courier and tracking details.
- For custom manufacturing orders, production status must be updated at each stage in the partner panel.
- Parts must match the approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
4. Customer Privacy & Communication
- Customer contact details are not shared with partners. Shipping address is shared only for dispatch.
- Partners must not contact customers directly. All communication goes through Vectron Global.
- All orders, quotations and invoices are issued under the Vectron Global name.
5. Payments & Settlement
- Customers pay Vectron Global. Partner payments are settled by Vectron Global by bank transfer.
- Settlement status (paid, unpaid, partially paid) is shown order-wise in your partner panel.
- Correct bank and KYC details must be added in your profile to receive settlements.
6. Confidentiality
- Drawings, specifications and documents shared for an order must be used only for that order and must not be shared with anyone else.
